I had a lot of influences on my character. It was not all one influence. One of the most visable referances was to the character of Inu-Yasha (Thus explaining her quick and comedically violent temper). From there, I expanded in to a lot of influences and built up her life's story (Which I'm still not going to release the entire story yet. It'll be giving away too much too soon. I think I'd like to keep you guessing a little more. ) So in the end, her life's story also became an influence along with her experiances so far. The nice part is that she's always growing and developing in new and interesting ways. ^^

Well, I wrote Trace into a fanfic back in 1982 when I was first wild about the movie. She was an independent program like Clu back then. So when I joined Tron-Sector I just knew I had to be Trace, but there wasn't a choice for Independent at that time--it was either Red or Blue. Being a pirate program in nature, Trace became a Red--quite fond of Sark and the MCP, but still a renegade at heart.

I have a charachter named Marva (hmmm....It feels so different thinking about her name when I can see it written out) who I may post fanfics about later. She was an antivirus on the side of the MCP during the "red era". When the MCP was destroyed, by some glitch Marva's curcuit lines (the glowng patterns on a program) stayed red. Now, Marva finds it difficult to live with herself. She regrets having served the MCP and derezzed innocent programs. She knows inside of herself that the Users exist, but refuses to agcnologe (spl?) them as she fears they will not forgive her for these acts. Now, Marva has devoted her entire life to the good of the system, working alongside other security programs and antiviruses to protect the system from intruders. Marva has survived many battles with viruses and seen the damage they can cause, so she has a very "take no prisoners" atittude about them. Very angsty charachter here!Wasn't really inspired by anything, I was thinking of a fanfic set shortly after the movie, and I came up with a female program named Marva who was Tron's collegue (and superior in rank!), and expanded the idea, and here she is. Marva is very tough, hard to impress.
