Some websites say October 6. Some say October 19. Most likely it is sometime in October, and if I were BVG, I would make it well before Halo 2 comes out or many XBOX users will simply overlook the game.

Well, I don't have an XBox or a Gameboy, but I shall be buying both games anyway. As a TRON completist, and to help push up the sales a little, I gotta do my bit. It's just a bummer that Killer App is coming out in the UK in November. I'm a paitent man, I can wait.
Just wondering what if any special bits, like the card that came with some versions of 2.0, will be done again.

Looks like someone at BVG has been busy.
The official XBOX version website at www.tronkillerapp.com has been updated.
There are also new forums at http://bvinteractive.go.com/tron/xbox/boards/splash.html
Says 16 weapons in the XBOX version. So all 12 of the original plus the four new ones (although I really wouldn't count the disc's new ability to pickup powerups as a new weapon). The burst cannon looks much better as a hand-held weapon than it did in those first-person preview videos. But, since it only shoots what amounts to a flash-bang grenade, the gun is still too large.
It also says it supports split-screen multiplayer. Now, that's a good feature although 4 players seems like too many for a 4:3 television screen.
The text also says "more than ten" new multiplayer maps. I wonder if that counts existing maps which were reworked since they are not described as "completely new" map.

I can't wait for  for XBOX!
Amazon has a release date of Nov. 9th, the same day as HALO 2! Oh well, guess I'll just have to get both 
I have the demo for on my PC. I really have to practice blocking with my disc!

If Tron 2.0 Killer App comes out in November, that means we can throw out any chance of high sales. I believe EBGames i lying when they said the release would be on Nov. 9th.
Dave-Tron, do you have an official release date?

Looks like fun! Although I am a bit perplexed why the Halo-esque style helmuts are being used on some characters. It seems a bit out of place. I'm excited to see the new play styles, and I hope consumers really snatch this game up!! Every Tron fan who owns an X-Box should surely get this game

Alot of nice games coming out in the next two weeks, but let's just hope the xbox game doesn't get lost in the mix (more sales might mean, more support for the PC market?? We can dream, right?)
I'll probably add the xbox version to my xmas list (or my post xmas/spending money list). But the more tron2 there is, the better.

TRON 2.0 for the X-BOX is out!!!!
I just got it today. I was surprised that Disney would release the game around the same time as HALO 2(which is a fantastic game by the way), I think people are going to miss out on the title because of that. I was lucky enough to find a copy. My local EB Games store got 3 copies in.
Just started playing the single player storymode at the moment which is very cool considering I just got a passible PC to play the original on. It's great to finaly play the game in all it's 60-fps glory. As for the X-Box LIVE, I haven't touched it yet. I will tonight when I get home for work.

Has anyone from Tron-Sector picked this up yet?
I've had it for 2 days now and there is NO ONE ONLINE.
I was lucky enough to play with 2 guys today online and it's a blast runnin' around, shootin' and driving your light cycle.
Please guys pick this title up and GET ONLINE!
