Vista user? It's a sound card issue or somethin.. Layer came up with a fix a while back over at LDSO.

I should have it up here in a bit, I need an array of batteries for the UPS, I had a power surge and it shut down the server. I'm currently installing the MCP so players can navigate to their favorite maps, and other cool things. maybe.. by 9:30ish EST.

You may wanna try Tronlink, it's basically a matchmaking system for TRON 2.0 Multiplayer, pretty nifty. 
If you have Steam, you can join Steam Tron-Squad and add TRON 2.0 to your non-steam games list. Most of the members in Steam TRON-Squad are members here. That way, whenever you start up TRON 2.0 through Steam, we'll know you're on and might join ya.
There's also an Xfire Tron-Squad you can join, if you're into Xfire.
Not too much to answer your question, but good ways to tell when people are online. I haven't played 2.0 in quite a while, been hooked up with a "super top secret" (the preceding phrase is in massive sarcasm quotes) project in Guitar Hero World Tour.
If you don't have Steam or Xfire, then get Tronlink. A lot of us use it, and if you see any of us on, you can send us a message and we can negotiate a server to join.
