Hey, glad to have seen you out there Traahn!
I don't see very many TRON-SECTOR regulars playing late nights, but I posted here on the slim chance someone may want to play. Glad it panned out.
We had a few fun circuits before I had to quit. I'm usually on for a couple more hours when playing late nights, but this week I won't be able to play much past midnight.
However...
I think I'll be able to get on much earlier in the day this week than I normally do, so with any luck I'll catch a few of you that I haven't seen in a while.

I have no idea what's wrong, but I can't seem to get my game to get listed on the Gamespy servers, so no one can find my server.
If I can fix the problem, I'll repost.

No prob. I checked it out, but nobody was playing LCs so I started playing a single-player mission instead and then the game crashed shortly thereafter. I don't think I'll be back in tonight, but thanks for posting anyways. If you get it going, hopefully someone from here will be able to join!

I just got off the game grid, and I had a GREAT time! 
I'm sorry I missed you MutoidMan and Traahn - it would have been a real treat to meet up with you guys tonight! Hopefully soon though.
I was on a bit late tonight since I don't have to work tomorrow. The Dayentech server is down, but there were some other servers active tonight. Ended up on... the TRONNY server was it called? Anyway, I had a blast playing extreme light cycles with Boomer, Lauralanthalasa, uFo (who was a real Space Monkey tonight  ), Damon Graves, |nSights, a player, KLuWolF, and Less.
Well, it was just great meeting up with some of the good old regulars again tonight! It's been some time since I've hooked up with some of these guys and boy was it a BLAST!
So that's where the regulars hide, eh? They hide on the other side of 10PM (EST). No wonder I always miss them! I'm usually off the game grid long before then on week days.
It felt good to get on the game grid, meet up with old friends and get my mind off other crap for a while. Thanks guys!
Oh, the walls weren't too bad tonight. I hit my fare share, but I did ok.
Hope to see you all again real soon!

Sorry I couldn't rez-in, MutoidMan. Ping was killing me 2nite. It should be ok tomorrow if you're still on... or some time soon! That other person split-off to the 'extreme' server, or whatever, but Tron 2.0 stopped working on me. I'd try to join that match, but it wouldn't do anything. Then I'd try to re-join your map/server and it would say "Error loading game." Tried the same over and over, same results. Arrgh! That other person probably thought I ditched him; I didn't mean to. No problem Traahn. Maybe next time I'll raise the ping a bit higher.
I usually set it low to ensure the best performance for everyone involved since I've got the 0 ping when I'm hosting.

Just got off the game grid - had a great time!
Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting up with Kain, > and SweatyPyro.NE.
Was enjoying the action, until one by one, they all dropped out, leaving me alone. Hmmm... I wonder if I forgot my deodorant or something? 
Maybe they were all getting dizzy with my evil, faster than fast twists and turns... right in to the damn walls!

Just got off the game grid... again!
Whew - that was one heck of a ride!
Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting up with MadHaTTre, =Optimist=, Ekchuah, Less, TRON (no, the the TRON, Game Bot, Konard, and... um... I know there was one more guy out there tonight... oh, what was his name...

Woo hoo! Been a long time, friend! Was great to meet up with you again! I wish we could more frequently. You know - we'll have to hit the team game grid some time. We'd make one hell of a team!
Tonight, I played decently. I hit my share of damn walls... and damn blocks too. I won a couple of circuits. MutoidMan won several! Yep - he played very well - especially after he opened up his can of "whoopass"! It must have been like spinach to Popeye, because he really cleaned up after that!
Tonight also rocked because there were several excellent duels on the game grid! Man, there's just nothing like a good duel and a skilled take down!
Again - was great meeting up with you again, MutoidMan! Hope we can do it again real soon.

Man, I was so surprized (and pleased as punch) to find you on this late at night.
As you said, there was some excellent dueling action tonight, and I had a great time.
Thanks for the praise, but really man you are way more than "decent". You put up some real competition tonight, and your victories were hard-won and well deserved.
You are officially Really Frikin' Good!
I can only imagine what you'd be capable of on a more responsive PC.
I agree with you about the team play. We did make an excellent team, and we'd make an even better one now. Hopefully we'll get a shot soon.
As for the "whoopass", well I usually do that just to psych myself up. Plus, it usually elicits a chuckle and the occasional "Now you die, MutoidMan!", which is always good for a laugh and gives me a little extra motivation.

Thanks! But in all honesty, I just don't suck anymore. I know some good moves and strategies, but my reflexes are kind of sloppy. I know this happens to us all out there, but I go down a lot because of missed key presses or too many turns in the same direction (like when I think I my PC missed a key press, so I press again really fast, only to find that it did not miss a key press). That is probably the key reason those damn walls seem to get me a lot (pun intended). I actually use my mouse buttons to turn. Sounds weird, but it works well for me. The downside is that the mouse buttons miss more presses than keyboard buttons do... at least my mouse buttons do. Sometimes I practice with my keyboard when the grid is empty, and my PC never misses a key press. Maybe I just need a better mouse or something.

Yeah - that would definitely offer an advantage. A faster PC would offer better chance of accuracy in moves, timing, etc. But the best part I would have to say is just the fact that I could look at a nice, high resolution, GLOWING, beautiful game grid! I miss all the cool glowing stuff when I play MP LC.

I hope to be on the game grid again tonight. I don't have to work tomorrow, so I can stay up later. But I'm not sure of my schedule yet - it depends on what the boss (wife) has in mind.

I just got off the game grid - had a real BLAST!
First, I ended up on the Extreme Wippy-TRONic server where I hooked up with > , and pow-si'. Played a few circuits, and then everyone had to leave.
Later on, I caught MutoidMan's post right here, and headed back to the game grid for some more FUN! See - the "meet me" posts work!
This time it was to the 3 on 3 team server where MutoidMan and myself started out. Binary(LN) soon joined in. And before long, Layer popped in the game too! Again - because he saw MutoidMan's "meet me" posts here!
Also joining in the action were Raven, pow-si', Omega.User (who probably saw the "meet me post"), Optimist, and 0b| W@n Ken0b|.
We all had a blast on the team grid and enjoyed several circuits!
I was planning on teaming up with MutoidMan tonight, but everyone jumped in so fast and we were already on separate teams. Oh well. The teams were pretty evenly balanced though and we all had a great time!
Another FINE night on the game grid!

Ok, I wasn't on for very long. I started out very strong, winning three or four races in a row. And then I sucked. I was playing very sloppy. I wondered what was wrong. Then a big yawn crept up on me. I'm really tired right now. Don't know why because I wasn't up early this morning or anything. Oh well. I'm just kind of tired right now. Was looking forward to many circuits-o-fun! But having trouble seeing straight right now. Sleepy.
While I was on, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Destroyer, Askilfeasd(LN), Omega.User, .LT., bloopa, Meatsack, and pow-si'.
Props to Omega.User who was playing very well out there tonight. I had two very long duels with him... he won both. Nice work, Omega.User.
