Well, in Christchurch, New Zealand, there's a problem. (No Not the CD key thing!)
No stores have it. EB Games have always Sold Out: none for sale. No Point Of Sale stuff - and I picked up the latest (National!) EB Games catalogue today and it's not even in there!!! WTH??
Game sells for $79.95 - and that's a budget game here as most new titles are between $99.95 and $129.95 - so the opportunity to []D [] []\/[] []D the game seems to have slipped by.
Shame, because I've had more fun playing the SP game than any other game since Descent 3 in 1999!

All the usual places you'd expect are still carrying the game at this point, two months later (in Canada, that is): EB Games, Best Buy, Future Shop, Walmart, etc. All of them have a handful of copies, except my local Costco which finally has the game on their shelf now. Wow, they sure took their sweet time. They have a ton of copies, too.
Can anyone tell me how many variations of packaging exist for the game? The ones I saw in Costco were the regular large format. The one I bought is the minature format, plus it has an embossed foil cover . . . which the regular size version I saw at Costco, didn't have. Also, I saw a picture of a box with a mini-version of the strategy guide inside. So there's at least 3 variations. Of course, there's the DVD-ROM version as well, so that makes 4 and counting.

They just opened a new Best Buy store near where I live -- the store is in Homestead (suburb of Pittsburgh). The new store has a huge Tron 2.0 display thing hanging from the ceiling. My Tron 2.0 game came with the embossed cover packaging, standard game manual, quick key chart, and collectable TRON 2.0 card.
