Best old games?? How do I get them??

OK Lately I've been in the mood for really old games..

how can I get them and to work?
I have both window sand linux..
can I get emulators for these systems??

Also what stuff on The Wii is good?
like 80s games..

If you're inclined to play Commodore 64 games:
