Did you have a Discs of Tron environmental cab? I might know somebody who would be interested.

I guess I didn't notice it too much because the gaming sites I usually post on are generally more aggressive than here. Though I did notice there was an abnormal amount of fur flying a couple months ago but it seems to have died down now. When I remember Dave leaving though was a couple of years ago now, and I didn't remember anything particularly crazy about that time. '> |

I'll skip quoting for this response.
Yes, I have a DOT, but it isn't the full environmental unit, it is the sawed off version they did. So it is an environmental in part, they just cut off the back section.
If that's of interest, get in touch.

i download movies but what i download is an important distinction:
workprints, movies never released on dvd, HD rips from tv for films not on blu-ray, etc.
basically if it's not available to buy, i'm not robbing anyone is my opinion.

Not necessarily. Consider the French electronic producer DaTA. His music is absolutely brilliant, but he's fairly unknown compared to others in his circle. I know his debut album Skywriter was not widely available for purchase, and most of the people I know who HAE heard it torrented it. DaTA is most certainly not rolling in it when you consider artist like Justice or Daft Punk. Piracy can really hurt small newcomer artists.

This was a part of the response I erased previously.
Let me put it this way.
Ask Cindy Morgan how much it hurts her every time someone downloads a free copy of TRON or Caddyshack.

You readily admit to downloading movies via torrents but then turn around and lament about piracy hurting small newcomer artists. I find that curious.
I've never heard of who or what DaTA is but I've heard the sob stories of struggling artists more than once in my lifetime. It's an old story that gets older with each re-telling.
My response is that collateral damage is unfortunate but it does occur. You can't stop it any more than you can stop the changing tide of the ocean. It's just the way life is.
My opinion remains unchanged on the subject of piracy. I'm all for it giving the entertainment industry the proverbial thumb in the eye. order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill "Evolution is the greatest force in the material world. Are record companies actually taking this stance? "Think of what you're doing to the starving musicians."
Because if they are, that's utterly hilarious, considering how much they rip off artists.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill

I'm not lamenting - I'm merely pointing out that said statement wasn't exactly true. It was said that pirating music doesn't hurt the artist at all, and that's simply a non-truth. And music and movies are different animals. Related, but different all the same.

Indeed. And the same thing I said for movies applies to music- some music is worth owning. I buy it. Some isn't. I don't. I went to see a band called My Dear Disco once- LOVED them. bought their album and teeshirt on the spot. Saw this band called Suuns- couldn't stand it. They were button pushers that gave electronic music a bad name, and their guitar player knew like two chords. I didn't buy their EP, album, or shirt, and the one song of theirs I sorta liked, I downloaded off a blog.

But are these people who would have bought it if they could've found it? With the alternative being, if they hadn't torrented it, they never would've heard it at all and he would've been even more obscure?abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion What do you want? I'm busy.

Excellent point- no, really, DaTA is pretty awesome but his physical releases never seem to find their way out of France, so no. Just goes to show that there really is no right answer with piracy.
I know I've seen some movies in theaters because of scenes from cams I saw uploaded online. The scenes showed the movie being much better than my trailer impressions, so... go figure.where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill onlineabortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

The only time I usually burn something off the net, is the stuff I can't find in stores. Like underground CD's thats just no longer exist. I'm not hardcore on downloading stuff. I like to support the people that made the things I like.
And when Tronzilla said:
I saw something about piracy at a theater once (is there any better place ). It talked about how Piracy may not affect the actors or the directors much, but what about all the other people that helped make that movie. The lighting guy, the sound guy, the guy that painted the sets. They're not super rich like the actors, they need the money. Our ticket stubs get them their pay stubs. You wouldn't deny a poor working guy his pay check, would you?
I remember seeing that video as well at the theater. That hit me pretty hard cause they do work hard to get these movies out.
Thats just my 2 cents...

My wife used to do a lot of AMVing back when youtube was still part of the "unatamed internet." She got a lot of publicity until the copyright holders threw a fit and shut her page down.
Before that though, she'd gotten a lot of messages from people who said they either purchased a song/album, or a movie, after watching one of her videos.
It's pretty sad to think that rich tycoons were shaking their fists at things like this, when they were actually getting free advertising out of it.on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill onlineorder abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

i honestly dont see a problem with pirating movies. with advancements in DVR technology, you might as well be considered pirating everythime you record a movie off of television.
same with music.
