Note when the camera pans across young sams toys there is a 2nd kevin light cycle painted black satin (flat black with a sheen) no pun intended.... Could this be what it would look like after captured by C.L.U. or........

or it could just be a black prototype mock up that was used for the movie like was mentioned on the collector forum already
