Maybe so, but Sam doesn't care. All those people are making money off of the bastardization of all his father's, Alan's, and others' hard work. He's about the original vision of Flynn's ENCOM, not the money. And that not really going to affect his rise to power too much anyway... the only people who know for certain that Sam pulled the stunt are Alan and the security guard... others may suspect, but if the guard didn't tell anyone, there's no way for the public to know.

Here's my 2 cents:
1)In the scene where Sam was messing around with his Dad's server, I remember looking at the screen and there was a file named, "LastWillAndTestament.txt". I'm thinking that Kevin Flynn, not knowing if he'd ever make it out of THE GRID alive, had put together his last will and testament before he disappeared, and as a part of that, he probably set it up so that Sam would be able to take ownership of the company, should Kevin Flynn die. I'm also sure the terms stipulated that once Sam reached a certain age, he would have majority ownership as well, and that if Sam didn't want to do it, then Alan would be the backup person.

2)The Shiva Laser - I was wondering if Kevin and Lora had joint ownership of this: I mean it was really Lora (along with some MINOR help from Dr. Gibbs) who pioneered the Shiva Laser. However, now that Lora has moved on to D.C., and since Flynn made a modified version for his experiments with the Grid, I wonder the following:
a)Does ENCOM even know about the newer laser?
b)Did ENCOM try to get rid of the original laser?
c)Does ENCOM still have a lab with the laser in it?


3)Dillinger Jr. being at ENCOM - yes, it's true that Dillinger Sr. , after Flynn, Alan, Walter (and probably a score of other pissed-off ENCOM employees) took Dillinger Sr. to court that he was found guilty of the charges against him, and kicked out by the Board of Directors. I would love to see the court transcript from that whole thing as well as the ENCOM memos related to Dillinger Sr. being canned. Maybe Dillinger had pulled some kind of strings to get his Son in, and was grooming him to strike back years later. I recall Bruce Boxleitner saying something in the recent clip about Tron 3 that the boardroom scene in Tron Legacy - he stated that when Jr. leaves to talk on the phone, he's actually talking to Daddy Dillinger. Just because Daddy got fired, doesn't mean that his Son can't be hired there.

I wonder what side Kurt Hardington is on. I guess we'll find out.

Actually, the Flynn Lives group with the help of ZackAttack sent a digital pulse into an old telecom network and it penetrated an old phone line going into the server that contains The Grid in an attempt to contact Flynn to the source of some encoded signals that ZackAttack had detects over tha past few years...

Clu intercepted the the "sideways attack" digital pulse, and sent a signal back out, which is the page that got to Alan's pager.
