Excellent. I was hoping for this quite a bit. Also probably a really good sign of Disney's faith in the franchise. If they're extending this, they must be really glad with the sales.

I hope so. I'm really excited because my gf and I have never been to DisneyLand, and this is a perfect reason to go. Hopefully we can find a way to get there for a few days!

I've been wondering whether I should make the trip out there, but it's a frigging coast to coast flight and from watching the vids I'm really wondering...

Thank Flynn! This is probably the best thing at that park! I hope they see that people really like it and keep it. I mean the TRON films are a Disney film!

Wish they'd put something in Florida already. At least it'd cost less for some of us.
Though, I think even better would be if they did something with Disney Experience. That crazy video arcade that has a slew of experimental games that have all sorts of additional levels of immersion, virtual reality, and soforth. Just think of what imagineers could come up with for TRON.

It seems that Disney is running a deal for 3 day tickets for $169 until April, that's not too bad. I'll have to talk to my other program and see if we can balance our budget to include a vacation for a few cycles.
(Sorry about all the Electronica posts but: mine was first, it had relevant new info, and I looked through five pages for other ElecTRONica threads that it could relate to. People just got excited I guess about the news! I didn't realize ElecTRONica only happened on the weekends, I'll have to plan my trip accordingly.)

But seriously, if I end up getting a good paying job, I do plan on designing rooms in my house after Tron: Legacy. And a basement rave room would be awesome.
