Okay programs...
Got an issue.
Just this week my laptop is having USB issues. There are 3 USB ports total. One on the left and 2 on the right of the machine. The two on the right have stopped working. No power, no detection, nothing. This week my laptop got zapped with static electricity. The jolt was enough to shut the system down. (I swear I'm a super conductor during winter) That might of been the cause of it, but didn't know if it was possible the USBs could perhaps just of been shut off via an option or something in the system? Didn't know if any here knew if that was possible and how I can check that?
Running Windows 7.
If this isn't the cause I'm going to check out my warranty to get it fixed.
I wuvs my laptop and hate to see this happening. https://www.flickr.com/photos/blue_bezel/ |

Check your bios & see if it is disabled. If so, problem solved. Re-enable them, save your settings, reboot & try again. Hope that's the case. good luck.

Hey, Sketch.
Perhaps, this a driver issue. If you go into your driver properties and update them, this may just fix the issue.
