I suppose. I'm not one to always go against conspiracy theories. I like reading them and how they look at something from a completely different angle. I can see how it could make sense. The company that makes them for the UK basically runs a monopoly as the sole distributor of Tamiflu, thus getting a TON of money from it.
But considering that this strain of flu is similar to all of the other flu 'epidemics' that came and went centuries ago, it is more likely that they are a natural disease. If swine flu came out of the blue and no diseases had the same infectious behaviour in the past, then I would get suspicious.
@achilles
Well I would be against places like the whole of washington d.c. banning skateboarders, that's wrong. And I'm not quite sure what you mean by the difference this makes between commercial property owners and house owners.

Nah, I bet some paranoid conspiracy theorist started that rumour.

I'm having trouble understanding whether your last comment is sarcasm or if your being serious. A baby can die of swine flu and also normal flu, and a host of many other trivial and mild illnesses. Same goes for senile people. Doesn't make it the scourge of mankind though. |
lol, forgot my sarcasm tags again.

Yeah it's not like it's going to take the firstborn of every man who is silly enough to ignore it. I'm sure that works better for the masses.
According to the CDC it attacks young people, not old people, so that's something that's never been seen with flu. according to the numbers they forcasted, 1/2 may not know they're carrying it, but it probably attacks their immune system slowly, IMO probably will get a full blown case soon thereafter.
All I can say is good luck with all that thimerisol in the 3 shot immunization they haven't come up with folks, I probably wouldn't know if had it anyway. The only reason I thought maybe I did was because they said it's the only flu attacking people right now, and I got something nasty that I took care of. watch the autism count folks. w/ flu and w/o flu shots. Show me that study in two years. |

well its like this, Pops - as i am sure you know, there are already different kinds of "private property" under the law, defined by zoning ordinances, and i wouldn't even try to exercise my "right to skate" by skating on someone else's residential property so i tried to leave that idea out of the argument - but a shopping center, or an office park, or an oceanfront boardwalk - these are places i have had to go to court or pay fines for skateboarding/trespassing and it will probably happen again. i can't help myself. skateparks are boring even if they aren't crowded and i also refuse to wear a helmet. if i could hack into the city's lawbooks i would add in an ordinance that all commercial-zoned property is skateable after business hours and that "skate-stopping" structures such as handrails and ledges is forbidden
rollerblading can stay banned, or at least just this guy

Actually I wouldn't know. Skateboarders annoy me anyway. Spend more time contributing to society, less time using ridiculous ways of transport. I can only imagine the medieval peasant who didn't want to farm and decided to attach wheels to a plank of wood. He probably starved to death, but hey, at least he looked "rad" with his skateboard lol.

Sure viruses have dormant periods so something you got months, maybe even years ago could pop up now. I'm not too surprised that it attacks young people. They are very similar to old people, in that their immune system is weak. I would be getting suspicious only if it started killing grown men and women efficiently.
And I really hope you don't believe vaccines cause autism, man. That's what the media has been telling us all to sell newspapers and spark money making panic. There's no science behind it. Do you know the amount of kids who got measles in the south east of England because their ignorant mothers believed the news and denied their children the MMR vaccine? Sure, if it doesn't attack old people, and mostly attacks young people, it's no big deal. I'm not here to debate whether it works or not.

I can provide you with reasons, court cases, side effects, and whatever your newspapers don't provide. We decide in our courts. It's not up to you and I do decide. You can listen to truth, or you can listen to a lie. Your health care organization is getting sued just like ours by people who can make better science with today's technology. Big corporations are telling you it's rubbish.
Tell me why the drug companies, who can't afford to make a vaccine they can't even produce enough of - make one that has a shelf life of one or two years, instead of eight?
(requiring the use of thimerisol, which is 30X more potent than methylmercury, which I'm guessing here - is 50x more potent than mercury found in fish. (conservative guess)
The new chemical is made from mercury, even though they lie and say it doesn't contain it.)
You may not look for the science, but you're being led and given mis-concieved notions that someone over there can dispell the facts that -
A: The drug companies have been sued atleast twice reguarding mercury content.
B: They are eliminating the toxicity of said vaccines.
C: Scientists who disagree with big brother, are out to make a mockery of science, and like minded individuals, because kids become retarded within a year of the vaccinations, and their parents just won't pick up and shut up.
Sorry to have to disagree, I hope you're open minded and understanding that your kids won't be invulnerable.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill |

Hmm, that is a very convincing argument Jademz. I guess the only reliable way to see how it turns out is to wait and see. Whether the pharmecutical companies have an ulterior motive or not, either way they are going to make a ton of money "legally".
Seriously how did we end up at swine flu? I thought this was to do with something like a video? I forget. Talk about digressing.
