Tron Deadly Discs in Flash

Hey all... I have been working on this... I am going to attempt to embed it here.....







Click on it to activate it. Move Tron with the cursor keys. Fire with the Ctrl key and hit it again to make the disc come back.

This is a work in progress, but was wondering what you all think so far....

Holy crap, what's you've got is awesome so far. With a bit more work, I bet it will be just like the Intellivision game.

For some reason at home on I.E. 7 it does not embed the Flash.

The game isn't finished yet. The box with the running man is all there is at the moment.

Boingo will update it soon and add more to it, I'm sure.

Little bit of an update:

1) Disc and wall hit sounds
2) Returning disc now changes shape
3) Added “door” tiles to border
3) Matching wall tiles allow "warp"

Known issues:

1) Sounds seem a little off. Not sure if this is the sound itself or flash mangling it. Need to investigate that.
2) Sound has interfered with the way the disc gets thrown. Sometimes it rebounds too quickly. I think this is because of the ctrl keypress event plus the sound firing at the same time. I'll look into it.

Let me know of any bugs. I'll start working on adding enemies
