If anything, Lucas knows how to beat a dead horse to death and then some.

The first three movies will always have a special place in my heart, but the storyline and characters from the most recent three are just.... lame beyond words.

Is this the television series that was talked about shortly after Revenge of the Sith was released? The rumor was that it was going to be live action. Now it seems it's going to be CGI instead. I would have preferred live action, even though I know that it's much more expensive to make.

And yeah, the prequels were nowhere near as good as the originals.

I wasn't a big fan of the prequels. To be honest, an animated Star Wars series based on them doesn't really interest me. I'm not sure I'd be interested in an animated SW series based on any of the films. It's not something that would appeal to me in animated form.

Star Wars to me will always be the original, original trilogy. That's how I liked it.

Hmm. How can I put it. It had its moments, but it was a flawed game and nowhere near as good as the first. They rushed it out the door, and a lot of the more ambitious aspects of the story were dropped as a result. If you dig into the game files, you'll find loads of text and speech that was never used in the game.

Some modders were planning to restore as much of the cut story as they could, but I haven't paid attention to how far they got. To me, KOTOR II was a huge disappointment and I lost interest in the whole thing.

On the other hand, I agree that KOTOR I kicked tail and is way better than the prequels.

There's a rumor going around that Bioware is returning to do a KOTOR III, instead of Obsidian Entertainment (former Black Isle Studios employees) who did KOTOR II . Considering the pedigree of the people who worked on KOTOR II, it makes the resulting game all the more disappointing.
