He just did, but I'll explain it in layman's terms:

Basically, Tron-Sector has some errors in it's source code (the source code is the many lines of code which make up the website). You can view TRON-Sector's source code your browser by right-clicking on the home page's page and select "View Source". I think that just about every site in existence will fail that test. As long as the site doesn't mess up in any browser, I wouldn't worry about it.
