He just did, but I'll explain it in layman's terms:

Basically, Tron-Sector has some errors in it's source code (the source code is the many lines of code which make up the website). You can view TRON-Sector's source code your browser by right-clicking on the home page's page and select "View Source". Unfortunately, Tron-Sector isn't up to the standards of "W3", the makers of HTML file format (if HTML didn't exist, then that means, NO INTERNET!
