He should have read the disclaimer.

Although, I do think it is photoshopped. No tattoo artist could ever be that poor. I don't even understand why anyone would want a tattoo anyway, you can't ever get rid of it!

Tattoo artists who tattoo your arms for like, five bucks won't be a great quality tattoo.
