I actually had seen that Coke one several weeks back. But I do think it's funny. I think it's a shot at GTA.

Not really a shot at GTA, Bongo. From what I've heard, there's elements in GTA3 where the game allows you to PREVENT crime. o_O (News to me!) Probably not very talked about...
And the first commerical made me think of Ultraman types.

I didn't see the Coke commercial as a shot at GTA but sort of an inside joke with GTA fans... Instead of car jacking, why not just open up the door and give them a coke...
The funniest part to me was at the end when the SWAT team chopper flew across a coke billboard and some were falling out. I think that is sort of a San Anderaus joke because that had happened several times when I played it... and I laughed my butt off.. lol..
