Here's a silly question: would a program in charge of showing Users around the 'net--in other words, a web browser--be kind of considered a "travel agent", in the digitial world?

I reckon that either the programs in my router or the programs associated with my wireless network card are on strike. Or maybe there's been a drought this cycle and they've had an energy shortage...
