I actually dressed up as Rimmer (or at least as "a random hologram" for Halloween a couple years ago. :P I had a shimmery green "uniform", an insignia I made myself out of cardboard and metallic fingernail polish, and a glittery green H on my forehead.
I _knew_ I'd done it right the first time somebody walked up to me and called me that insult that people always call Rimmer (not sure if I'd get away with typing it here!). Anyway, I fell OVER laughing. It was like, "Yes! They _got_ it!"
Just thought I'd throw that in. Carry on.

*snerk* That's good. Also, pretty sure I know the name you're referring to, but I always liked "Goal-post Head" for Rimmer, myself.

The scary thing is how well that like, WORKS, on Rimmer.
(Then again, he already _is_ software, and we've seen at least one bit on the actual show where he sort of "rezzes in" in stages, if I remember correctly...)
