When u film do you use a digital or a VHS camera or a professional? and when putting in the computer graphics what program do you use and regardless how do you merge two frames when doing so? Would you animate on the film?

You can use a digital or VHS, it doesn't really matter that much aside from quality. As long as you can get your footage into your computer. The city with the people running was done with a Sony DV camcorder. Tripod made in Truespace 3. Heatray blast and explosion made in Particle Illusion. Merging the frames was done in Adobe Premiere.

But I'd need to get it at the right angle (probably by propping it up on a pile of carefully positioned CDs and books), and without a tripod, I wouldn't want to risk my camera sliding off the carefully positioned pile of CDs and books and smashing on the floor.
Especially not since it now has a new polarising filter.
Which is kinda cool.
