How may TRON-Sector members are also YouTube members? Whether or not you have any videos there, how many of you have an account there, and wouldn't mind saying so?

I've been studying that site closely for the last month or so. It is a big, huge resource that I've been trying to figure out how to utilize properly. Believe it or not, that site has already launched professional careers for more than one person who posted silly (not even professional looking) videos there. You all know how much of a video geek I am.

Anyway, please, if you have an account there and don't mind sharing (you don't need to share your actual account name), please post here.

Well, I was just about to delete this topic, and then you posted in it. So I'd feel a little bad about deleting it now.

I thought there would be more YouTube members here - at least people who have an account there, even if they don't upload videos.

I'll be uploading my On the Cutting Room Floor of Oblivion video there soon. It won't look nearly as good there as it does on my site, but it may find more of an audience than it does on my site. Many people at YouTube get tons of hits and comments for their videos as a direct result of having a zillion "friends" there and a zillion more on MySpace that they shout out to every time they put a new vid up. Cutting Room Floor, being my best work ever (even if it ain't all that great), well, I just want it to not get ignored. But no one there knows of me... or very, very few do anyway. So I was going to reach out to the TRON-Sector members and just ask if they wouldn't mind checking it and commenting on it whether they enjoyed it or didn't care for it. I don't mind negative comments, so long as they are somewhat intelligent and not just "you suck", etc. If I got enough comments, I might make one of the "most discussed today" page, where many more might be curious about and view my work. I worked so damn hard on it, I just don't want it to get ignored again. I know it's not as hip as say... teenage girls acting silly and lip-syncing a song in their living room, but it's not that bad, is it?

It doesn't look like there'll be too much of a response here about it. That's cool though. I know I'm a far bigger video geek than most people here. We've all got our personal and different interest points outside of The Sector.
