I usually would write the date as 06/06/06, but today I just felt it necessary to write it as 6/6/6 in all my lessons.

Neither me or any of my friends believe the world is going to end or anything, but we were discussing what we would do if it were. Of course, there's always someone who says they would spend it doing... *ahem* it, but most people said they'd probably spend it with family, which was surprisingly sensible for my friends (we're usually fairly insane. At least, I am...). I said I'd spend it listening to every Steely Dan album in order, and singing along. Then I'd finish it with a healthy injection of TRON. Geekery reigns supreme!

Then we went on to discussing the practicalities of wiping out mankind - when would Mr. Antichrist do it? Couldn't do it in the morning, as it would be still yesterday in many places. Not in the evening, as it would be tomorrow in many places. Not even precisely 12 noon, as it would be 12 midnight today on one side of the Internation Date Line, and 12 midnight tomorrow on the other side. Then we decided that we were all too geeky and left it at that.

To where 6 is the number of man (and devil) because mankind is born into evil, 7 is the higher number and is somehow related to godly-ness. It's a little confusing but I remember a sermon at my chruch about it several years ago.
