I doubt you'll find one which is supposed to sound like the MCP, but there might be one that isn't meant to be the MCP but sounds similar. You'd have to do a lot of hunting to find one though, if there even are any that sound right. If you're trying to make MCP voices you're better off using vocoder effects and such.
Hmm, how was the MCP voice done? That would be useful information for the Tron spoof me and some friends plan to make...

No vocoder was used for the MCP voice. I can't say for sure, but I can make a fairly good guess what was though. David Warner was the voice for the MCP, they altered his voice in post production with effects in what I would guess is the following manner:
His voice was pitch shifted between 2-3 semitones down. Actually 2.5 seems pretty solid as three seems too low and 2 seems just a tad too high. Then I believe there was a chorus effect applied to it next. I'm thinking the chorus was set to have a delay of anywhere between 20-30 milliseconds (I used 30 milliseconds in my example). The chorus also probably had a pretty generous modulation depth to give it that slightly detuned doubling sound with a slow modulation rate. Then the voice would be processed accordingly from there, for example the appropriate reverb applied to match the environment of the sound. To clarify, the reverb isn't a part of what makes the voice unique, it just places the voice in an area, think of it like a set, but for audio.
I did a quick mock up which I've been referring to. First I must apologize for the sound quality, as I was being lazy and did not rip the sounds myself, but downloaded them. The website they were on had them originally at 22kHz 8bit mono sound. I converted it up to 44.1kHz 16bit mono sound, but the quality was already stripped from it. I mostly converted it up for the integrity of the effects themselves. I took a line that Sark says and processed it like I just described. It's not perfect as Sark is a bit hot headed and angry and the MCP is always calm in that creepy kind of way. It's that tone in the voice which is also characteristic to the MCP. So the Sark line is delivered from David Warner a lot differently than the MCP line, but you'll get the idea. Anyway, first you'll hear my modified version of Sark's line with the effects applied to it, then you'll hear the original line, then you'll hear an example of the MCP from another line in the movie.

Actually, I did create a bunch of test clips where I did something similar to that in Sony Sound Forge. The only difference is that since my voice is so much higher than the MCPs, I had to lower the pitch much more and voila! I'm now the MCP! Also.... Microsoft Sam seems to do a good impression too.
