Yes, I've seen all of Doctor Who except for the Hartnell and Troughton eras.
And I've seen all of the new Doctor Who episodes, so far. Now I'm waiting for the second season to start, next month.
My favorite doctor is still Tom Baker, but I've liked every actor in the part - with the possible exception of Sylvester McCoy. He's my least favorite.
I've seen David Tennant in the Christmas special, and he was surprisingly good. Better than I thought he was going to be. I miss Eccleston, though. His tenure was far too short.
By the way, fans of Doctor Who should check out this fan film. It's bloody marvelous. Though if you're not really familiar with the show, you probably won't "get it". Also, there's a bit of violence in it so maybe the younger folks out there might not want to watch.

There are other fan films on that site too, including "Star Trek vs. Doctor Who", which is pretty hilarious.
