Seen it on the shelves at the local comic shop. Haven't skimmed through the pages yet. Looks like a cool read. Love the cover art.

I'm planning on getting it when it's released in a TPB (that's how I buy comics nowadays)

The cover art is great; I love it that each one is a parody of a classic Marvel cover.
The story itself is really very cool. It takes place in an alternate dimension in which all of the Marvel superheroes and super-villains are now intelligent, super-powered flesh-eating zombies thanks to an infected superhero who came from yet another dimension in search of a new food source. The zombies have virtually picked the Earth clean and are now desperately searching for food.
Then they spot the Silver Surfer flying through the sky. Things get really crazy from there.

I've gotten the first four issues at cover price (unfortunately I missed the original cover of issue #1, but I did get the first variant cover version) and I have issue #5 reserved at a local comic book store.
I think I will pick up a TPB if it also includes the issues of Ultimate Fantastic Four that this zombie storyline originated in, and the forthcoming issues of UFF that it will end in.
BTW, have I mentioned that I am a Marvel Zombie also? Well I am, and mighty proud of it! Make mine Marvel!

Hehe...I was a Marvel Zombie throughout the 90's, and I'm starting to become one again. Right now, the main titles I read are the Ultimate ones, but I also have 1602 and Origin, both are awesome.

 Gross, I never knew this existed, being the comic geek I am. Hey, if you like this zombified (Hey, thats a cool word) marvel universe, the Marvel 1602 series might be right up your alley.

Yes, but he isn't one of the main characters. Ghost Rider can be seen in I think one panel. He's just one of the background zombies in the story, but he does get a nice profile shot. His skull is colored black instead of the usual white, so I wonder if that's supposed to be his bones decomposing.

2. You'd normally be able to find it at comic book stores but this series is so popular that it's very hard to find a store with any issues in stock. Of course, now the back issues are going up in price. The first printing of issue #1 from last December is already going for over $40.00 on eBay.
You might want to wait for the whole limited series to be reprinted in a trade paperback (TPB).
