ok, guys...My pc just gave me a notice saying something to the extent of...
"there has been a problem caused by KERNEL32.DLL."
The Kernel's in my pc!!!!! GYAH!
any ideas?

Buy better popcorn...
Other than that...Scan Disk? Maybe Defrag, or perhaps break down and reload Windows... The last choice kinda sucks, but I don't really have too high a PC/Window proficiency...

Oh, just delete your Kernel. It's not like you need it or anything... 
(Oh, and as a side note just in case: that would probably be a bad idea.)
Seriously though, have you gotten this error message again? Because if you haven't, I don't see what the problem is.
