I've played it. The last time was maybe 10 years ago though. Has the game changed much in 10 years?

Heh heh heh. Yeah, I remember playing that on my little 386. Good times, then. It was called...um...something else.
In any event, it's an insidious game that looks simple and unassuming and sucks you right in!
