Thanks for the screens; now I want to see the video! I know it can't be posted here, but when it is possible, I hope it is. In the meantime, I'll try to keep a look out on TV.

In my honest opinion, though, if that green guy is supposed to be your likeness -- I don't see it. He doesn't have a mustache, he's wearing a green suit and the body shape is different. If anything, he just looks *inspired* by Tron, but has enough differences for it to be his own take on it. The suit being green is kind've a creative take on things, considering circuit boards are green.

All in all, I don't think there is any copyright infringement or anything with respect to your likeness, Jay. It's a shame they didn't just hire you to do it since you're already making a name for yourself on TV, but I don't think there's anything to worry about here. Of course, I still haven't seen the video, so maybe these screenshots are just misleading me.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

I agree with Traahn on this one. From the images alone, it looks like they've gone for the typical "nerd" thing (via man in an techno-costume that looks very TRON-like) and... is he doing the robot dance? Anyway, I don't see any strong likeness to Jay, only vague similarities - mainly that he's in a TRON-like (but not quite authentic looking) costume.

Unless in the commercial he is acting in a way that seems directly related to things Jay may have done as bits on the Jimmy Kimmel show, I'd say they were going for a silly office techno-geek thing and not trying to copy "The TRON Guy".

Of course, the commercial could have had more impact had they gone with a TRON Guy theme (starring Jay) - many people already know of The TRON Guy and that kind of commercial might have made for better "water cooler" chat in offices.

Well, either way - if you (Jay) feel that they've infringed on your "TRON Guy" bit, then I wish you well in your legal battles and hope you come out on top

I sorta starting to think the same thing. He looks nothing like you, Jay. So bringing this on the lawyer level would be extremely risky...... as in facing-down-both-the-MCP-and- Sark-with-nothing-more-than-a-feather-duster-with-no-gurantee-that-they-will-be-ticklish type of risky.

Of course..... the guy in the commercial was quite funny looking. I'm trying not to burst out laughting right now (everyone's quite. One snicker out of me and I'd have all their eyes! Not good......)
