I want to be clear here, I do feel bad for anyone who is out of work, and that includes TRONCLONE. However, what he should consider is this. If we don't sell enough copies of our games, our profits go down and new projects are cut back. When those projects get cut back, people lose jobs.

I used to have a staff of over 100 people. I am down to 36. I am not saying all of that is attributable to piracy, but it did have a hand in it.

Piracy hurts a lot of people. The old "Disney won't miss my money"/Deep Pockets arguments don't wash. BVG doesn't get a bottomless well of money from Disney, far from it, we work hard to try and make money to do more and better projects. If people steal what we make, then we may never get to do that.

Enough moralizing, I think TRONClone ought to know my part of the argument by now. I just hope he keeps it in mind in the future.

I've been lucky enough to get called back to my rather boring, but good paying, trade.
You never can tell with todays economy, but things are looking good for a while anyway.
I'd love to go to school to learn more about computers and anything about programming, it's just not realistic for me right now. Maybe when I retire!!
