Its a Tron inspired glow in the dark piece at this gallery Bottleneck Gallery in Williamsburg, New York. Artist name is Craig Drake.
They basically black lighted the gallery during the show and would turn off the lights for a few seconds. This piece definitely was awesome.
I picked up one.

Nice! Had I known about this Tron inspired art show, I would've contributed to it. Kind of wished they had a gallery doing this kind of thing here in Vermont ( used to live in Cleveland ). But still, those pieces are great.
