On December 22nd I am having a "I survived the end of the world" party at my house, however if the world has ended its a survivors gathering to set up basecamp (haha). I am just curious to know is anyone else doing something similar? I just thought with it being rather unique in the doomsday events it just screamed party

I'll be attending a Christmas party (hopefully with my girlfriend) on the 21st which, now that I think about it, doubles as an End of Line the World party :P The world can't end now though; I still need to watch Tagged!

HELL YEAH! I am officially going to do this! If I can record it and put it on youtube I shall !

However the only dance I can do is swing dancing so I'll need something that fits........well either that of Gangnam Style

So far my rather random selection of food and drink is as follows:

Drink:
Sake
red and white wine
Champagne (for if we survive mabe?)
Whiskey (three types all 12 years)
Brandy from Jerusalem (Called "King David Brandy")
Mead
Whiskey Mead
Spiced Mead
Mulled Wine
Baleys
Malabu
and good old Larger

Food:
Sushi (the girl who is teaching me Japanese is making it I dont know why she just is).
Gingerbread house (made by the Mrs and probably eatten by me)
Various vegitarian options for my friend.
Party food (basically if its a food I have it in minature now)
I might get a few cooked chickens perhaps.
Various cheeses
not sure what else to get.

And because a few of my fiends are complete anti religious I've gone out and found a complete matching set of religious christmas table mats, table cloths, plates, straws, napkins. You know......just to make them feel happy and welcome ;D (I have an odd sense of humour and they will more than likely be expecting this after the two months I pretended to be a scientologist just to wind them up).

So lets say you were throwing a party, what would it be? Who would you invite out of everyone and anyone!
