Hey guys, I know it's a little early but it's summer time so I was finally able to complete a Tron costume with a buddy. It was super fun and it was actually my first time sewing. I wasn't looking to follow the original design, just went crazy with it. The helmet looks the best to me.

Yeah, EL wire for the whole thing! I actually saw a couple tutorials where they opened up the disc and slipped the wire through, but we just laid it on top and glued it on E-6000. Some drills had to be made but the inverter is behind the disc. Even have velcro on it so I could put it on my back. It's still durable and still looks awesome. It's actually sky blue EL wire from EZ-EL, not LED's, but thanks (and thanks for linking the picture emdeesee as well!) Lots of sewing and gluing haha.

It looks a little bulky outdoors and not as cool when it's not really dark because it's a little bulky and the wires won't pop as much of course. The costume has some shoulder pads and shin guards which is why it's a bit bulky. We drilled holes and put it through (so over and under), and then glued it on. Here's a close up of the disc for all of you =)
