Greetings Program!

In hopes of helping you with your assignment, I present to you a completely made-off-the-top-of-my-head piece, titled, "THE BALLAD OF KEVIN FLYNN" (Short version). Some of the multisyllabic lines may have to be spoken quickly to fit, but it can be done. Sorry if it's too long - hope this helps some:


THE BALLAD OF KEVIN FLYNN(Short Version)

Flynn set out to avenge getting jerked
To prove Ed Dillinger stole his work
Hacked ENCOM with a program named CLU
To obtain a data file that would prove the truth
CLU was caught, questioned, and derezzed
By the MCP, leaving Flynn highly stressed
He didn't give up, with some friends hatched a plan
Sneak into ENCOM at night, and try again
Now the plot thickens, and gets a little strange
Flynn was sucked inside the computer to play games
Attempting to destroy Flynn and minimize the threat
Little did the MCP know what he would get
Flynn met TRON and RAM and they lit their darkest hour
With Yori and Alan's help, showed the strength of USER power
Especially Dumont, who snuck Tron into an I/O Tower
Alan came through from outside the screen
Gave TRON a code to unleash something mean
Tron, Yori, and Flynn then reached the MCP
And proceeded to manifest many a program's dream
Flynn caused a distraction, and TRON threw his disk,
And in a flash, the MCP ceased to exist
The system soon changed colors, from red to blue
Bathed in freedom that was lasting and true
Flynn reappeared back in the real world
Got the proof he needed, and great fortune unfurled
Video games were only part of his vision
He planned to reshape the human condition
Built a private server underneath his arcade
Where a new system, THE GRID, was being made
Brought over TRON and created CLU 2
Create a perfect grid is what they were assigned to do
Then it happened-a miracle was evident
A great discovery that would change science & medicine:
A USERless program-ISOs they were called
CLU wasn't enthused, but highly appalled
He engineered a coup, went off the deep end
Slaughtered many ISOs, tried to bring them to their end
Brutally derezzed many dissenters,
Rectified TRON, turned him into RINZLER
Kevin tried to stop him, needed to get outside
But entry into the real world he was denied
The portal closed, and Kevin was stuck
Without another USER, Kevin Flynn was out of luck
20 years later, would come a saviour
Who pranked ENCOM with interesting behavior
One night, like his Father, this saviour was sucked inside
Into The Grid, and took a wild ride
And much like his Father going against the MCP
This time CLU 2 was the enemy
This saviour's name was Sam, and he was a special one-
He was also a USER and Kevin Flynn's Son.
He met up with Quorra, and rejoined his Dad
And made a plan to take his Dad back
To the real world, to make up for lost time
But CLU felt that Sam was committing a crime
Sam and Quorra fought as they made their way
With CLU in close pursuit, set on making them pay
Long story short, they finally got to the portal
Unfortunately, Kevin was now a mere mortal
When he and CLU combined, lit up the Grid Sky
Sent Sam and Quorra through the portal, to the other side
And now things would change
A new day, a new stage
Sam would go with Alan and together, rearrange
ENCOM - and take the company back
And put his Father's legacy back on track.

I just edited it to add a Legacy part.
