Im looking for any cheat codes/ special codes for the PC version. I can't seem to find any...

There appear to be none, and I would assume that there aren't any. Cheat/special codes are a rarity in games today unless you consider a developer console or developer tools to be cheats. That being said Tron Evolution does not have any kind of developer console that I can find.
Unfortunate, too. I remember back when all games had a big head mode that you could unlock with a code you found in the latest issue of EGM or Nintendo Power. Actually, it is possible to cheat in Tron Evolution on the PC.
However, revealing how it's done would also allow people to cheat in Multiplayer. So, I'm afraid I'm not going to explain how. It's also possible to use these cheats in the console versions. Which is why you're seeing people cheating in the 360 and PS3 versions as well, in Multiplayer.
What I will say is that, for example: it's possible to put yourself in God mode, fly around the map, and put everything into slow motion.

So far, never ran into any of the above in T:E, just the stage glitches that let you climb places.
