Father and Son along with Outlands II are supposed to be Amazon tracks. Very strange. Maybe they were given separately apart from the album download and you didn't see the download button for them? I know some sites are like that.

I can't believe nobody understands this, he's merely poking fun at the possibility that there's a conspiracy by certain groups to split up the tracks so nobody has a full set of the music. The masons (or was it Freemasons?) are a secret society and the Jews known as a race who purportedly conspire to alter the course of humanity from behind the scenes. AGAIN, this was a joke.
