If the safehouse, what did he thnk she would do once he got his dad off the Gird? If he meant off Grid, how did he know she could even leave? That would be a terrible tease. "Hey, come help me and you can leave too."

That was the way I interpreted that, too. A virtual cave out in the middle of nowhere (though admittedly, a stylish, well-decorated cave) just didn't seem like the place for someone like Quorra, at least not at that point in her life. (She might be over a thousand cycles old, but mentally and emotionally, she seemed to be in the same ballpark as Sam.) She struck me as the type that should be out living life, not spending her time playing Go and contemplating transcendental mysteries.
