Eventually, they somehow make it out of the energy scavengers' territory, where Zec could then meet them with the light jet. Does he have a 3-man jet? They should be. Though I don't know what kind of condition Tron is in. Their biggest concern in that Sector will be staying away from the Scavengers.

She is a User who is trapped in the system, through no fault of Clu's; she was hit by a laser not on full power so her code wasn't integrated correctly, leaving her stuck in the system forever and trapped at the same physical age that she was when she was digitized - being stuck at 21 is actually not as great as the media makes it out to be, etc. Her full background is kind of complex, at the moment I'm trying to condense it down so I can post it, but that's taking longer than I expected it to. Yes, the scavengers can be derezzed, but it's not easy. You have to hit them directly in the chest - like the first derezz in the games in Legacy. You can't just slash at one's arm and expect it to leave you alone. They don't feel pain. As for Abraxas, click here, and read. Check out his powers and abilities.}

Tron: *starts at sound of someone running* What the-? *peers around corner to see a blue-white program running flat-out from a large group of energy scavengers* Great. *reaches out a hand and snags the program as she runs past, pulling her into the alcove and temporarily out of harm's way* Easy, I've got you.

Spark: *ducks a dull yellow disk, wincing as it cuts deep into her cheek, feels blood running down the side of her face* Yowch! That was too close. *risks a glance behind her to see that the Scavengers are closing in* Scrap! *yelps in shock as a blue-circuited arm grabs her wrist and she is yanked into an alcove* Whoa! *stumbles and falls into someone's arms, looks up at her rescuer* Tron! It's you! Am I glad to see you.

Tron: *stares in complete shock at the red liquid on the female's face* Th-that's blood. Which makes you a User, correct? What are you doing here?

Spark: *blinks and reaches up, touching the cut on her cheek* Err...yeah, I'm a User. As for what I'm doing here, well, if you mean in this sector, I was looking for you. If you mean in this system as a whole, that's a very long story, and we don't really have time for it. Oh, this is yours, by the way. *hands over Tron's disk*

There is not enough energy out here to sustain a program for much time, if we stay too long even our vehicles might be effected. *looks around* And I just saw Bit a second ago, wonder where he went. I will go and look quickly, but we have to go. *drinks some energy water, grabs a hand light, goes off to look for Bit* I hope there are no Grid Bugs here. (want to have some grid bugs attack?)

I was just going to help Spark, she is being attacked by Energy Scavengers not far from here! Tron: *takes his disk back from Spark, a surprised look on his face* My disk! Where did you find it? And what's your name?

Spark: *laughs a little* That's right, I never told you who I was. Call me Spark. *shrugs* As for your disk, Clu1.0 found it, and when we figured out who it belonged to, we thought you might be in trouble without it. So I kind of used it to track your location so I could find you. Unfortunately, I ran into some trouble first. *shakes head* The Scavengers are getting out of hand. We were hoping that Clu2 wouldn't have to quarantine and purge the entire sector, but it looks like that may end up being the only option. *looks out towards where the Recos are still flying around* That's what those Recos are watching for, at least I think so. Trying to keep Scavengers from escaping to the other sectors.

Tron: *nods slowly* Just what are those Scavenger things? Where do they come from? Can they be derezzed?

Spark: We aren't quite sure where the Energy Scavengers came from. I think that they are left-overs from the system's infection by the Abraxas Virus, but I'm not sure. *shakes head at Tron's confused look* Long story. Anyway, yes, they can be derezzed, but it takes a direct hit to the chest with a weapon to do it. Otherwise they'll keep coming after you. They don't feel pain. *peers around corner of the alcove* Come on, we have to get back to Clu2's ship. Flynn is there, and we can concentrate on a next move. The light-jet that flew overhead, it will probably be waiting for us at the main road, so that's where we should try to get to.

Tron: *brightens at learning Flynn's location* Alright. *joins Spark at corner of the alcove* Looks clear, let's go.

**Spark and Tron run for a bit, making their way to the edge of the sector, sticking to the shadows as best they can. Turning a corner, they come upon a large group of energy scavengers, feeding on the remains of a program. The scavengers look up and immediately move to surround Spark and Tron.**

Spark: Scrap! *draws disk and light-Katana* Now we're in real trouble. *mumbles* Wish I was more skilled with this weapon.

Tron: *also draws his disk* We're really badly out-numbered here, Spark.

Spark: *blocks an attack, shoves her blade into a scavenger's chest, then turns to meet another opponent* You think I don't know that? *winces as a disk cuts deep into her side* This isn't going to work. Can you keep them off me for a bit? I'm gonna try something.

Tron: I can try, but you'd better hurry. *moves to cover Spark*

Spark: Let's see if some User-power can help get us out of this mess. *concentrates, forming a pulsing sphere of energy above her hand* Okay you sorry excuses for programs, you want energy? *throws energy sphere hard in opposite direction* Go get it!

**The energy scavengers all immediately turn and scramble after the glowing sphere, leaving Tron and Spark alone in the clearing.**

Tron: *turns to Spark* That was... *trails off, noticing that Spark is swaying slightly* Spark? Are you alright? *moves closer*

Spark: *shivers with exhaustion, blood dripping from many cuts* Just a little tired, that's all.... *collapses, falling sideways into Tron's arms*

Tron: *catches Spark's unconscious form* Great.

**Tron takes off running, carrying Spark. Whatever she had done to distract the energy scavengers is clearly working, as they meet no one until they come to the main road. Two programs are standing near a large light-jet and tank, watching as Tron approaches.**

Tron: *skids to a halt in front of the two programs, hurriedly speaks* Is that your light-jet? Can we use it to get Spark to Flynn? She needs help!
