*Clu knew Flynn was talking about the energy water. Flynn had introduced Clu to it back when they were building the grid. Unfortunately it was now in short supply. But it just so happened that Clu still had some. *

This is a program's disk, isn't it? But it doesn't look like any disk I have ever seen. And you know a program without its disk is subject to immediate deresolution, so who lost it?
