Program's Jobs Regarding The Gird . . .

on Sunday, September, 04, 2011 6:49 PM
I remember a while back we were all speculating about what purpose all the programs seem to serve on the Grid. (I apologize if this should've been included in that thread, but it's fairly old, and I just wanted to gather an opninion on my theory.)

Obviously, part of figures into how Flynn was trying to build a utopia and the programs were like the"citizens" of the city and Clu's faction began taking over and controlling the functions.

I think that one other thing the programs must have been doing was actually holding the system in balance.

What I mean is that, in the graphic novel "Betrayal", Flynn and Tron have to fight off Grid Bugs to keep it stable. I was always under the impression Grid Bugs enjoyed open areas free of data, meaning the system was somehow reacting to too much use by sending out Bugs.

So the programs on the Grid are really helping the system stay together, because Flynn essentially put the computer on overdrive to keep it the way he wanted. To keep Tron city, Bostrum Colony and Arija running he had to send in massive amounts of processing power and energy, so the programs probably all had "jobs" to help keep the system from having bugs or crashing I.E. monitors, security, energy re-routers, de-buggers, etc.

It also explains why they have clubs, arenas and streets to stroll through, they all need time to relax as well.

The "official" tron site describes "basic functions" programs (blues) as being responsible for maintaining energy flow and similar tasks. Whites are "higher functions" and reds tend to be leadership and military.

I've never quite known what to make of "Betrayal" in terms of syncing it to the world of Legacy, but the Bugs would suggest reasonable justification for maintaining an Army within a closed and controlled system... on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill onlineabortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

You mean like it was the Grid equivalent of wild animals in peoples' back yards because people put their back yards in the animals' habitat? Like, the programs expanded so much the Grid Bugs had nowhere to go?

Betrayal brings up a lot of subplots that you would've expected to be addressed in T:L... that weren't. Like, did they ever actually figure out why the Grid Bugs were attacking/where they were coming from? Or who was behind the terrorist attacks? (Or was that Clu all along, rather than just at the end?)

(Yeah, I think I'm going to start a new thread for Betrayal one of these days)order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

What do you want? I'm busy.

Program, please!

Chaos.... good news.

In Betrayal (shortly before Sam is born), Kevin reasons out that the Grid Bugs are result of the extra stress put on the system by all the plethora of ISOs. He talks about giving Clu, why must amount to system admin powers. No idea if he followed through.

If Kevin's theory were correct, the ISO Genocide would have removed that stress. Then again, it could haven been Clu manipulating the system all-along...

Notably, there were no Grid Bugs in the Outlands... And in the original Tron, we only see Grid Bugs once, coupled with Yori's comments about how dangerous they are. where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

No, I meant that when a system (any system) is in a sort of overclocked state, the gridbugs come out of the woodwork and start trying to delete things to maintain a more balanced system.

Gridbugs are made because of overuse, they aren't inherently there.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill
