Looks like a fitting character design for Paul Reubens.
Maybe one of the female leads? Don't remember the actresses' names nor am I familiar with any of their work, check the end of the trailer for those. Anyone familiar with those actresses might be able to predict who this might be.

These do look like CG models though, but when you see the animated segment at the end, Beck looks like a 2D cel-flash animation.
These could just be CG models used for effects similar to the CG stuff for Invader Zim, which didn't really reflect the actual characters in the 2D segments at all.
Might explain the exageration . . . a bit
(also, the legs really don't bother me that much . . .)

oh... well ok...
i don't really know what's happening, and i can't see his face, but its good that you found something...
Also, I am glad they got the left- handedness right, unlike most things with tron in them....
most notably but not very noticably, Legacy.
okay, short, insignificant rant over
edit: i would assume he's riding an elevator through a large storage room of light cycles or the light runners. since I believe all but the super-specialized cycles are baton- formed, i would also assume that they are Runners

When I first saw the trailer on Youtube, I automatically assumed it was Tron, judging by the 4 squares on his chest.

it is indeed beck and the blue haired girls name is mara , the first guy with the bowl haircut is zed there's a bad girl what (bad guy girl?) named paige and those are what the characters look like more or less.
oh btw did you guys know there is rumors of a tron 3? its supposed to tie in tron and legacy its not supposed to start filming until 2014.
