oksy so we know that the front end of CLU's command ship, which isn't that big and does not have an elaborate layout, is basically his lounge with a couch, sat on by him during the disc games. The rear seems to include the control area where the pilots and operators sit. We see this definitively as the ship pulls way from the screen just after Sam meets CLU for the first time and CLU basically sentences him to the Grid. But just what is in the middle of the ship? The washrooms? What is there and what purpose does whatever is in there serve? Is it the cafeteria?
Can someone come up with a crude diagram the same way someone posted a CG layout of Flynn's apartment/safehouse?

Let me, after a more-careful-than-usual watching last night, attempt to answer my own question: The ship is pretty wasp-waisted and it seems there is nothing much in that middle section at all. I deduct this mostly from when Sam invades the command ship to rescue Quorra and get his dad's disc back, which is about the most we see of the command ship in any scene.
