How do you link a signature to your account? And how do you get the tron smileys instead of pacman?

You can set your signature by clicking the edit link in the upper right hand corner of the screen:
(Your name) is Logged In
Member's Home | Log Off
Messages: View (0 New)
Profile: View | Edit

On the edit screen, you can type your signature into the "My Custom Signature" box.
