Okay so I know that CLU's color is yellow and that's exclusive to him, and those who work for or are aligned with him are red, but there are a few other colors out there as well such as users and their allies who have white and regular programs who have blue. Did I get that right, and are there any other subtle variations I missed?
I could swear that when Sam first enters the dimmed elevator that is going to lift him up into the disc combat area that he looks through the smoked glass and sees other warriors in waiting, some of whom are sporting green. where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

from what i know:
yellow: exclusive to CLU
white: independant program/user
blue: "good guys" applications

If you count the Evolution video games too (And I, for one, definitely do):
- Yellow: a villian character in either A.) a state of authority with corrupt morals or B.) A corrupt program infected with a virus
- Red: Rectified Programs, acting under the yellow figure of corrupted authority
- White: Users/ISO's/A Program whose duty is to serve directly or fight for a User with a state of authority over standard Basics
- Blue: Basics, created by Flynn
- Green: "bostromites" of bostrom colony--who are free-thinking and don't care for the way the system works, so they do things their own way

Based off of what is on the official site and several other sources:
Blue - Essential Program (carries out standard functions to maintain The Grid)
White - Higher Functions (owns establishments and has underworld connections)
Red - Sentry Patrol (monitors the system with a large selection of tools and vehicles)
Orange - Sentry Command (has access strategic data and works with Sentry Patrols)
Golenrod - Clu
Ice Blue - Users
