I love browsing youtube because you never know what you will find. I've seen T:L in Spanish and now French! I don't speak French, but I do know bit of phrases. So when Clu leaves the EOL club, he say "Merci beaucoup!" That doesn't sound like "End of line, man." to me, and thus less harsh considering Clu is about to kill Castor and Gem. Wonder why they didn't just translate as is. Makes me wonder also, what is lost in the translation?
Anyone seen T:L in any other languages, and if you understood, were phrases changed?

can't help much there IluthraDanar. my foreign acquaintances
always insist on teaching me swear words.
they probably think i was a sailor in another life

Or were they swearing at you :P
Was the original Tron released in French? If not, maybe it just wouldn't have made much sense.

lol my German teacher used to teach us cuss words too. Times have changed. Nowadays, he'd probably get into trouble for that.
