Disney has just announced a multi platform fighting game, where you play as favorite characters from a multitude of Disney franchises, such as LILO and Stitch, the Lion King... And Tron. The playable character from the Tron universe has not been confirmed, so it could be Tron, Sam, or even Clu. Alright, the character will be modern suited, and it is not any real character in particular: just a generic program. However, it is interesting to note that he has the same circuitry as Sam, however he obviously is not Sam. Here is a teaser trailer, where you can see him use what looks like a disc/sword combo against unknown enemy characters that bear a striking resemblance to enemy programs from Tron 2.0

It's not actually a Tron character at all. All players will play as a cartoony character that they can equip with suits (similar to LittleBigPlanet's Sackboy) of characters from other Disney movies, such as, in this case, Sam Flynn.

This doesn't look like an ad for a fighter game at all. If anything it looks like an MMO, same goes for the title.

This might be cool even though the character looks to be just based on tron.
Great. Another religious nut. Hope he doesn't get a hold of the Nerf Dart Tag Swarmfire. That would be dangerous.

You actually have a choice to dress as any character you have unlocked and Tron is unlocked from the start.
