Okaaaay, I am going to do the super-short version of this since I posted a longer one which, like a few other posts I have tried toss up here, vanished as soon as I went back to the forum page.
So how did they manage to light Castor's cane? And I doubt it was done with a spotlight since that would have lit other objects around it and been obvious. The entire length of the cane was lit so nicely and evenly, yet apparently has nothing internally,since it's clear-as a light source. The cane seems to be made of plexiglass. How'd they do it?

it's EL wire inside a cast cane, the battery and electronics are hidden inside the last 2 inches of the cane handle, which is metallic.
i think the breakdown of it is in the first D23 tron archive special, might be the 2nd.
