I just checked out your page - sounds interesting. Being that you're already in California, you already have somewhat of an advantage. Here's something that may help you out: I saw this REALLY COOL fan film based on the FALLOUT video game called, "FALLOUT NUKA BREAK". It was created by a small film outfit called Wayside Creations:

*They were even able to get an established actor, Vic Mignona, involved in their Fallout-based film*.

I don't have much to donate right now, but I do wish you the best of luck with your project. I know what it's like being a college student with only a few bucks to spare to your name at times (I once shared an apt. near the campus where I was taking classes, with 3 other guys - boy, was that a learning experience).
