CAUTION - TRON: EVOLUTION GAME SPOILERS...
Is it just my (mis)perception, or does Quorra's story to Sam on the solar sailer not quite jive with the final events of Tron: Evolution? If memory serves, near the end of the game when Anon rescues her (wasn't she unconscious?) and ends up in the outlands, she wakes to find Flynn there. But in Legacy she tells Sam that sympathetic programs smuggled her out of the city, which isn't quite the same as the events of the game. She said a "some sympathetic Program(singlular)" 'smuggled her out. She was refering to ANON.
He pretty much snuck her out of the city (i.e. "smuggled") , "I guess you could say, I'm a 'rescue' ". Turn on subtitles on the DVD or BluRay.. The subtitles said *Program*, not Programs.

Yes, this is true. Watched it with captions last night. It says "a sympathetic program"

Yes, program singular. But what got me thinking was her wording of getting "smuggled out" which isn't quite the same thing as being dangled by one hand from an out of control recognizer and smashing into the ground in the outlands.

She was speaking figuratively.
Like saying " Yoda rescued my ship from sinking into the swamp" instead of speaking more specifically and saying "Yoda used the Force and levitated my ship out of the swap just before it sank, because I failed to use the Force to lift it up out of the swamp myself". Speaking figuratively can sometimes simplify something when the speaker doesn't want to be real wordy.

This is correct, but the part about her being a rescue. That refers to when she was dying in the wastelands, and Flynn came along and revived her. Like he did with Yori in the first film.
