In the ambush/betrayal scene, as the scene begins, Flynn is saying something like, "Tron, would you quit worrying?" and he's about to go on when Clu steps up.

I've always wondered about the beginning of that conversation. What is Tron worried ABOUT? Is it just a bit of character-building (Tron's so type-A he's always worried about something)? Or is there an allusion to something else? Either something we'll hear about later from the animated series or the next film, or was it a bit of irony that Tron was saying something like "y'know, Flynn, Clu's been acting a bit weird..." right before Clu attacks them?

(I kinda wonder if Tron suspected. Looking back at the screencaps, in the scene right before that one where Flynn, Clu, and Tron are all standing looking at the city, Tron turns and kinda gives Clu a skeptical/suspicious look behind Flynn's back. Then during the betrayal scene, you can see Tron "gets" what's going on before Flynn does; there's one screencap where the look on his face kind of says "oh shit, I knew it!")

So what do you suppose that scene was about? I doubt they just picked a random bit of dialogue, so why did they have that instead of something like "Oh Tron, that was a great joke" or "I wonder where Clu went" or "Man I shouldn't have had that taco for dinner last night"?

I watched the movie last night with english subtitles on.

In the flashback off in the background Tron says something like: "I got you a transport to the portal. I wish you wouldn't cut it so close like this."

Flynn: "Don't worry, Tron, everything's under control.."

then Clu shows up...

I don't think it's a reference to Evolution. If we look at the posted quote, Tron is concerned with Flynn cutting it close. Flynn had been spending more and more time on the Grid and probably left less and less wiggle room for him to get to the portal to exit. Remember, once that thing closes, it can only open from the outside. Rebellion or no, since Flynn wasn't taking anyone else to the Grid at that time, if the portal were to close he would have been screwed.

Maybe this was covered before but was Clu's costume change that sudden that when the coup started, it was the first time Tron & Flynn saw him in that outfit or did it happen before hand? It seemed that when Clu asked Flynn if he was still to create the perfect system, Flynn seemed puzzled but was it by the question or Clu's new outfit?

I got the impression the outfit was new right then...you know, it signaled a change in Clu's mindset/allegiance/etc.
