As a game alone, it's not that great. If you're a hardcore gamer, you probably won't enjoy it too much, it's your standard movie-turned-game style game, (even though, yes I know it's not the movie turned into a game, but a prequel, the point still stands).
Now, as a fun Tron thing, yes, definitely worth getting! It's running around through the Grid, pretty awesome!
So it really depends on you. Are you trying to get a game that is awesome for the game that it is, or something that's awesome because it's running around the Tron world? If you want a great game that would be awesome whether or not it's Tron themed, don't get it. If you want a Tron game specifically, then go for it.
